There’s a 50/60 year old Landlord in London. He’s gathered a group of 20 something year olds to milk almost half of their salaries each month in exchange for some bullshit accommodation. That my friend is a modern day Vampire.

For almost a year I was over paying my studio rent by £1 each month and was never told. The rent increased, made a payment but I was short 32pence (mis- read the price). They emailed me faster than lightning asking for that 32pence.

There’s a credit card company advertising on TikTok with a 51% APR. It’s mainly young people on TikTok who are not that financially literate that will probably apply for this. This is worse than advertising drugs and alcohol to teens.
