They are asking for a single piece of bread.
Imagine a mother waking up inside a displacement tent, surrounded by hungry children, knowing she has no bread to give them.
Imagine a little child standing in a long line for hours, desperately hoping to receive a piece of bread to take back to their family.
🍞 We continue distributing fresh bread directly to displaced families across Gaza, reaching children and mothers who have almost nothing left.
But the bread we deliver will eventually run out, and the hunger will remain.
💔 Every day, children stand in long lines, waiting for something to eat.
💔 Mothers struggle to find enough food to feed their children.
💔 Families wait desperately for our bread distributions, hoping they will not return to their tents empty-handed.
No child should have to beg for a piece of bread just to survive.
We are a team of young Palestinians working directly inside Gaza. Despite the destruction, danger, and enormous difficulties, we continue reaching displaced families with our own hands.
We travel to displacement camps, including places that humanitarian assistance rarely reaches, because we know that behind every hungry child is a family desperately waiting for food.
But our resources are running out, and thousands of children are still waiting.

Today, Project Muhmmed distributed 70,000 litres of clean water to displaced families in Gaza, bringing essential relief to communities struggling with severe water shortages.
For families living in displacement camps, access to water is a daily struggle. Every litre is needed for drinking, preparing food, washing, and caring for children. When water deliveries are delayed for days, parents are forced to ration their remaining supplies while worrying about how they will meet their children’s most basic needs.
💔 Water is not a luxury. It is a necessity for survival.
Today’s distribution brought much-needed relief, but the need continues long after the trucks leave. Supplies run low, children grow thirsty, and families depend on further deliveries to get through another day.

💔 Watch the two children at the beginning of this video… they were waiting for us to arrive with bread.
At an age when children should be waiting for playtime, our children stand waiting for food. Waiting for bread should never become part of anyone’s childhood.
Behind that wait is a deeper pain: a mother counting what food remains, a father searching for something to bring his children, and a family trying to make too little stretch far enough for everyone.
🍞 Today, we distributed bread in Gaza because of your support. But the cruelest thing about hunger is that today’s meal cannot protect a child from tomorrow’s hunger.
The video ends, but these families’ need for food does not. The children return to their tents. Evening comes, then another morning when they need bread all over again.

The war has taken a lot from me, but it could not take away my dream of continuing my education.
I am Maha from Gaza, 22 years old. After long years of blockade and suffering, and amid the harsh circumstances that I have lived and continue to live through, the destruction surrounding us, and the continuation of the Israeli war machine for more than 3 years, I finally managed to pass the 2026 General Secondary Education exams, and I achieved a score of 84.9 with a very good grade.
This success was a small step for me toward regaining a dream that the war tried to take from me. This score qualifies me to continue my university education and study nursing, which I have dreamed of studying since my childhood.
I chose nursing because I want to learn a profession through which I can provide something useful to society, and help others. Because in Gaza, the sick and the wounded have become in need of every hand capable of providing care for them.
But reaching my place at the university is not an easy matter for me, as I am still living amid harsh circumstances because of the blockade and the continuation of the war, and limited resources, while university study fees have become a heavy burden that I cannot bear alone.
Nevertheless, I will not allow these circumstances to end my dream before it begins.
Therefore, I am writing to you today, hoping that you will help me cover the fees of my first university year, and give me an opportunity to take my first steps toward a dream that I have always wished to achieve.

Children spend their time searching for water, waiting, and carrying containers too heavy for their small hands. Mothers measure what remains, trying to make too little last for everyone. Fathers struggle to provide their children’s most basic needs amid displacement and deprivation.
Water is needed for drinking, preparing food, washing, and caring for a child or someone who is ill. When water runs short, every part of daily life is affected.
💔 Imagine having to choose: Do your children drink the remaining water, or do you save it to prepare their food?
💔 Imagine emptying the last container without knowing when water will arrive again.
💔 Imagine every morning beginning with the same question: Where will we find water today?
