so its been a little while- to make a long story short, im currently under rest/treatment from a long-time-coming yet pretty harsh burnout. i guess i was hoping id be back up again within a few weeks but i see now that was a very naïve estimate 😰

please take care of yourself and listen to your body when it's giving you warning signs, this applies to pretty much everything but we all tend to wave off this kind of exhaustion as "part of the experience" which will do you no good the day you finally hit that wall. be good!!
