Here’s my singing audition that helped me book “Bye Bye Bunny: A Looney Tunes Musical ” — with screenplay and lyrics by Emmy Award winner Ariel Dumas (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert) and music and orchestration by Pulitzer Prize, Tony and Grammy winner Tom Kitt (Next to Normal). Wish we could’ve seen this one come to fruition — would’ve been a good one 🎞️ 🎥 🍿 🥕🐰#StandWithAnimation @papertiki

RIP ERIC BAUZA. I am absolutely crushed. An absolute legend. We have lost another icon. I’m at a loss for words right now.

This is just awful. Losing such an iconic voice actor with such a recognizable voice really just hurts. While people are showcasing his Looney Tunes work, I wanna share one of my fav characters growing up he’s voiced, which is Atomic Puppet. He did both voices and killed it

It’s sad, but true.😔
Not only, we sadly lost Eric Bauza.
He’s now the 4th major Looney Tunes VA who voiced the main Looney Tunes cast that tragically passed away.
Eric and the previous VAs before him, they all define each generations on voicing these toons.
“That’s all folks.”🙏

Couple of some of my favorite scenes from the Day the Earth Blew Up, my favorite animated movie of all time and Eric’s performance alongside the animation was the reason why this movie was as great as it was. We’ll miss you Eric Bauza, we love you for the memories and laughs😢💙.

finding out bye bye bunny got back into production around the same time Eric Bauza passed away is just truly devastating.
Let this movie be a massive tribute to all the hard work he poured into all his voice performances after all these years. 💔

it's such a blessing that two of the looney tunes films he is heavily involved in and advocated for their releases were released during his lifetime. may eric bauza rest in peace as a voice actor legend. 🕊️💣

I had the great pleasure of profiling Eric Bauza for the New York Times last year, around the release of THE DAY THE EARTH BLEW UP, where he voiced both Porky Pig and Daffy Duck
“We all want to be like Bugs, but we’re all really Daffy,” he said. RIP
I’ll put a gift link below.

Eric Bauza dying might be the worst thing to happen to animation in like decades, im so fr, that man was the modern day Mel blanc. He was SO passionate about carrying on those characters to the modern day, he was such an amazing actor and created so many characters of his own.
