Roblox is unifying 2D and 3D avatar item publishing. 😬 Creators of 2D clothing will now have to pay a publishing advance of 600 Robux & 200 Robux, and the 2D rate has been drastically cut in half to 30% instead of 70%. This is a drastic change for 2d clothing creators.

Roblox is updating the requirements to upload and sell certain Marketplace items. 1) Publishing 2D clothing will require an active Premium 1000 or 2200 subscription 2) 2D uploads for personal use will require an upload fee similar to 3D 3) 3D upload fees are being reduced

PLEASE CLICK READ MORE Unfortunately, on March 4th Roblox is discontinuing static dynamic heads. They are a core part of the Roblox marketplace economy. This will affect many creators financially and is probably one of the worst updates in marketplace history. Creators will be wiped off the map. Roblox expects creators to now animate every single face they upload for it to be dynamic now, and faces uploaded before the change have to be animated. I have over ONE THOUSAND dynamic faces. It is preposterous to ask me and other creators to do that. As you may know from others posts or stumbling upon mine, this is something that we want to reverse.
