The founders of The Grief App saw a gap in grief support: people needed something accessible, private, and available when they were ready to use it. We helped turn their personal and professional expertise into a product built around that experience. Through SolutionLab, we mapped user journeys, prioritized the MVP, and created a clickable prototype before moving into full development. The final app uses simple flows, audio options, guided Grief Waves, journaling, and interactive workbooks to support people at their own pace. The Grief App is now live on the App Store and Google Play, and within its first week, it became the top organic search result in its App Store category.
