I’d recommend to any #gamedev out there start small! I made the mistake of trying to remake splatoon for my first game! Luckily I only spent 3 months on it when i realized this wasn’t possible with the time / budget I have. Instead my goal is to release a commercial game in 6 to 12 months. While releasing a few game jam games along the way.
