Put that on a t-shirt and a mug.
And then we enter it into the annals of history.
Because, this is a legendary phrase that is both soft yet tough, dismissive yet grounding, shooing away yet standing on business.

Gracie Lou tried to tell us in 2000
Greetings, Rivals!
Every team match relies on the active participation of every single member. Being inactive, throwing, or leaving a match early not only disrupts the normal flow of the game, but also places an unfair, heavy burden on teammates who are still fighting hard to win.
To better guarantee a positive gameplay experience for everyone and to protect the rights of players who earnestly engage in their matches, we are adjusting the penalty rules for these violations.
