I have some exciting news to share. I have joined @LowensteinLLP as a partner in the #ECVC group. I'm absolutely thrilled to be joining such a well-known and respected platform particularly in the early-stage ecosystem!

Congrats to the team!! Amazing news!

Our new @clerkyinc collaboration at @LowensteinLLP. He formed his C-Corp in days for a fraction of the usual cost.

We're excited to share that @LowensteinLLP has launched a new co-branded startup formation experience for their clients, powered by Clerky ⚡️
Founders working with Lowenstein can now form their startup online using the same underlying software all Clerky startups get, tailored specifically for Lowenstein. Clients will get a curated selection of standard Clerky and custom Lowenstein products, plus access to the same great perks and integrations Clerky startups get. Throughout the experience, Lowenstein attorneys will be available to clients, leveraging our built-in collaboration features.
Lowenstein is a national law firm with one of the top 10 most active startup practices in the US. We're proud to help Lowenstein and other law firms build on Clerky. More and more, startup founders and attorneys are working together to complete legal paperwork more efficiently, and this workspace is an exciting leap forward in that journey.

Helpful insight from @cartainc's @PeterJ_Walker on summer fundraising. Conventional wisdom is that summer is toughest so this is eye-opening. Just remember this reflects when deals close. Term sheets are typically issued 4-6 weeks prior to closing!
