Abesky

You have been so brainwashed to the point that you still think this is UNHEALTHY. Let me break this plate down properly. You’re looking at: — 8 boiled eggs — A serving of white rice — A small scoop of vegetable sauce Nutritional Breakdown: — Protein: ~58g — Carbohydrates: ~48g — Fat: ~40g (mostly from the egg yolks) — Calories: Around 780–800 kcal Where the protein is coming from: — 8 eggs give about 52g of pure protein — Rice adds about 4g — Vegetable sauce adds about 2g Carbs: — Mainly from the rice (about 45g) — Very little from the vegetables Fat: — Healthy fats mainly from the egg yolks Now, let’s put this into perspective: The average adult needs roughly 1.2 to 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day to thrive, not just survive. For a 70kg person, that’s about 84g to 112g of protein daily. For an 80kg person, it’s about 96g to 128g daily. This plate, giving you around 58g of protein, covers more than 50% of your daily protein needs for many adults in just one meal. Imagine eating like this consistently. Strong muscles. Better metabolism. Faster healing. Controlled hunger. Stronger immune system. Meanwhile, many people eating “normal” diets full of noodles, bread, soda, and sugar barely reach 20g of real protein per day. And they wonder why they are tired, inflamed, and sick. Share if you find it valuable. Meanwhile don’t forget to reach out for well-structured meal plan.
