Composer = the marketing agent Customer Agent = the "for your customers" personal agent They should work together, as of today they do. 🤝 Ask Composer to build or adapt your agent and it will.

Today we shipped a new way of building data connectors and integrations for @klaviyo. It now takes us minutes (and our agent a few hours) to build integrations that run on our infra — so scale, reliability out of the box. Let us know integrations you’ve been looking for!

Team cooked, this a step change release for Composer. (Calling it 2.0 would be very fair.) There will be agents that are incredible at specific tasks -- and our agent is tailored to create marketing and customer experiences that people love and perform. We're a bit biased, but we think Composer is now at the top of that list. Some highlights (🧵):
Composer is now available to every Klaviyo customer. Hear from our Chief Product Officer, Elias Torres, as he shows you how Composer turns your data into actionable insights, automates recurring work, and adapts to the way your team works. Learn more: bit.ly/47WCfRH

4. With Composer, you can create a skill to automate a process. So you can create a "product launch" skill that has your checklist to prepare a launch and have it do all the work and create drafts pulling from the right places. Tip: You can also have it automatically QA itself and fix any issues.

5. Composer can self-improve. One of my favorite uses is having a Composer scheduled task critique and grade campaigns from the previous week, identify strengths and weaknesses, then update the skill that drafts next week's content. You guide it with what great looks like, watch it get better every week. The coding loop applied to marketing. 🤖 @klaviyo team cooked 🙏; more to come!

We want more people creating and building. So many entrepreneurs and small businesses will start and grow their businesses with Muse. So all of @klaviyo’s platform is available today in Muse. Let’s build!
Starting today, Klaviyo is a partner for Muse for Small Business, a new AI product from Meta. If you're a small business owner wearing every hat, connect your Klaviyo account and let Muse find who's gone quiet and draft the win-back email. Learn more: klaviyo.com/blog/klaviyo-met…

Big congrats to @klaviyo team. Really cooked for K:BOS. 👨‍🍳 Composer getting some big upgrades (it’s a complete harness now), SQL for the data platform (KDP) and voice for Customer Agent. Rolling out next few weeks and much more. Check it out below.
Just announced at K:BOS: more ways for Klaviyo to understand your customers, decide what to do next, and take action across marketing and service. Learn more 👉 bit.ly/4cTWmmP

It was a website in the 90s/00s; it's a commerce agent in 2026. Every business will have one (and this time with personalization out of the box). Excited to be doing this with @AnthropicAI, can build and ship a Customer Agent with commerce on @klaviyo today.
We're open-sourcing Claude Commerce Agents. This is a blueprint for building shopping and merchant agents, with reference implementations across retail, travel, telecom, and entertainment.

I especially like the note on asking agents, our Composer or otherwise, what APIs they’re missing. We think of them as early adopter power users trying things that will become common.
Klaviyo's @abialecki at SaaStr AI on how a 2,300-person $1.5B ARR public company actually builds with agents: 1⃣Every employee had to hit "L3" by the end of June. L1 is using AI to search. L2 is running an agent. L3 is constantly running multiple sessions or a team of agents. PMs, designers, sales, marketing. Everyone commits code, from the CEO to the summer interns. 2⃣They use teams of agents to build their agents. "Dark Factory" takes a prompt, acts as the PM, decomposes the problem into subsystems, and writes contractual API interfaces between them before subagents build anything. Composer, now 95,000+ users in month one, started as one weekend run. 3⃣The base model is a very athletic high schooler. Good at every sport, great at none. The coaching is the harness: a proprietary data feed plus a coach agent that scores every campaign before it ships. 4⃣Your agents are power users on day one, sitting to the right of your best humans. So Klaviyo asks Composer what functionality is holding it back. It asked for email APIs almost no human customer ever figured out how to use. 5⃣Customers get an agent already trained on 5-10 of their own use cases at a 50-70% resolution rate. Because if an agent product can't be tried out of the gate and needs a big implementation, it's dead on arrival. 👉And the one I'd most want a founder with an aging codebase to hear: 6⃣Headless is the default, so your product is infrastructure. Twilio was left for dead 18 months ago growing 4%. Now almost 20%, because the API works with agents. youtu.be/hdZY2T8o4M4?si=DnMn…

The @klaviyo summer product release is out. 🏖️ Lot of great stuff here, but I’m especially excited about Composer. It’s our agent that can do data analysis, creative and marketing. Check it out: klaviyo.com/composer It’s not perfect, but it’s becoming a significant fraction of how I use @klaviyo and outperforms LLM + MCP for a lot of tasks. I think will be one of the most impactful products Klaviyo ever builds.

My personal favorite use case is a scheduled task that runs each morning where I ask Composer to look up an interesting science fact for “this day in history” and create a comic strip, XKCD style about it. Then it sends a text message to a group of friends, very fun.

Our Claude app is out and it’s good, worth checking out.👇🏻 Today for querying data, visualizing and letting frontier LLMs reason about it; very soon for taking action. Stay tuned!
🚀 Klaviyo data is now available in Claude. Ask real questions using real customer and performance context — no exports, no dashboards, no lost momentum between insight and action. Learn how to set it up: bit.ly/3NPgT1T

I got a fantastic nerd gift today from our CTO. An original copy of the Google Chrome comic. I like to ask people “Do you know what Firebug is?” Not many of us left who remember the early web dev days and how awesome it was, especially compared to the IE 7 DOM plugin.
