Rural Community Transport schemes are a lifeline for some of the most vulnerable people in rural communities. It also has a vital role to play in re-connecting rural citizens to the wider public transport network and reducing carbon emissions @deptinfra @CTAUK1
We carried out a Social Value Analysis of one of the Rural Community Transport schemes a number of years ago, and the valuable contribution they make to local communities and individuals can’t be overstated
