Back with Episode 2 of MLS with Deke tonight at 9:30 PM EST! This week I have on @ablack86. Between the two teams we support, we have one point through four GWs, so optimism has never been higher! youtube.com/watch?v=M0kUPeBb…

Podcast Launch 🚨 I've wanted to create an MLS-based podcast for a while now, and I'm finally making it happen. The first episode of MLS with Deke will be live on Sunday night, with the legendary MLS sicko @gatorguy231 joining me. I have a few other guests in mind for the weekly show, but I'm looking for other MLS sickos out there! Comment if you're interested in joining me on a future episode, and I'll connect with you 👀

I’m doing the 50-mile run challenge throughout June for Alzheimer’s awareness and will provide my daily update in this thread. Appreciate any likes or RT’s for exposure as this is a cause important to me and something I’d like to share with my small community on here. I’m sure many of you are affected by someone in your life with the disease and the impact it has on that person and everyone close to that person. I know it’s not a lot but I’m pledging $1 per mile I run in June and if you’d like to donate a flat amount to Alzheimer’s research - even $1 - it could make a difference. alzfdn.org/donate/
