Netanyahu doesn't work the counter at Schlesinger's Deli. Our neighbors do.
Targeting Jewish-owned shops on the eve of Kristallnacht is antisemitism. Proud of the DNC Jewish-American Council for saying so. If you're in Philly this weekend, go eat at these places.
Israelās government owns zero restaurants in Philadelphia. This is antisemitism and targeting Jews in our community. If youāre in the area this weekend, please show your support and show up to these restaurants and local businesses. ššā”ļø @DNC @kenmartin73

Unparalleled audacity to want to oust the person who ushered in a historic win
Given Black people carried this election it is galling to say the black man responsible for orchestrating the win step aside
He defended targeted Black seats
Those members know who had their back
It is absolutely wild that days after massive Black turnout propelled Democrats to a huge victory in the House, mostly white leftists are publicly demanding that Democrats reject the first Black Speaker of the House.
If you wanted a better example of the out-of-touch-ness of the left Iām not sure you could make one up that matches this.

Literally, cannot scream this enough. People on X fighting about moderates v lefties need to go out and touch grass. Tens of millions of Americans just voted to reject cruelty and work with their neighbors and communities for a better future. That's a victory for humanity. Savor it.

The way people selectively edited this interview on social media was highly misleading. Hereās what Leader Jeffries actually said:
Agenda = affordability and accountability.
Rep. Raskin and Rep. Garcia will lead on accountability in their respective committees.

CBC Senior Advisor to @CBCPAC Chris Taylor responds to a petition against Hakeem Jeffriesā speakership candidacy:
āThanks to Leader Jeffriesā determination, weāve just secured one of the biggest midterm victories in recent history despite unprecedented attacks on voting rights and an effort to rig the system for MAGA Republicans.
āWe wonāt be distracted by a few grifters running a pay-for-play scheme to divide our movement for the American people while they enrich themselves.ā

I have known Chuck Schumer for 16 years. I worked closely with him and his staff when I worked for Harry Reid. I have a lot of respect for him and have also had my differences over the years.
The job of leader happens mostly behind the scenes. The traits that make a good leader are not the same as what makes you good at social media, etc. Reid was famous for saying off-message stuffālord knows how he would have fared in the age of social media.
When youāre in the majority, the job is about setting the agenda and passing bills that help people. When youāre in the minority, youāre at the mercy of the majority in terms of the agenda, so the job is mainly to get back in the majority.
By that measure, Schumer succeeded wildly on Tuesday.
He oversaw the biggest Democratic sweep in the Senate since Watergate, recruiting candidates who fit their states and putting them in position to win states many had written off long ago. He was an early believer in Mississippi, for example.
You can litigate this or that decision, and I certainly didnāt agree with them allābut when you step back and look at the big picture thereās simply no way to argue with this historic achievement.
To me, the question of whether Schumer deserves to be reelected as leader after the most dominant performance by Senate Democrats in more than half a century is straightforward, and the answer is clearly yes.

Plus one on this righteous talk from @patrickgaspard.
If you wake up this morning and see the surge of black voters across the Deep South and the bold response of Latinos who came out despite the threats, and the presidential level participation of young folks, and conclude that the scale of our victory was solely because āwe had the discipline to stay on message about kitchen table issuesā - you should not be given a dime of our ActBlue donations for your guaranteed future mediocre strategies.
That was a rights based surge. A democracy surge. Gas prices, irrational tariffs, and broad cost of living played a huge role. But we cannot ignore what animated the souls of our surge voters. And we absolutely cannot continue to ignore corruption as an issue even within our own Party āuntil the polls catch upā

My content creator, @RyanSayles_ directed and edited it. He should be considered the breakout-star of this cycle. Heās going to be a giant in the media consultant game. He did GAME CHANGING work with SO little.

For too long, our country hasnāt had enough women in executive leadership positions.
Now, we officially have a record number of Democratic women governors ā 15!
And for the first time since 1992, there are 30 Democratic governors.
What an incredible night for @DemGovs!
