End of a busy week - we’ve got four groups running at the moment- CBT for OCD, two DBT skills groups and our new Self Help+… phew!

Another busy POPS week ahead- tomorrow we have the final session for our @WHO ACT-based Self Help Plus group which has been a joy to run. We boss #unhooking and love a bit of #committedaction
