I was asked today on MSNOW about the recent ad in the Ohio governor’s race. It’s completely inappropriate and has no place in American politics. It should be taken off the air, and those responsible should apologize.
Here’s what I had to say.
Dr. Acton has spent this entire race laser focused on lowering costs, tackling the cost of corruption, and building an Ohio where everyone gets a fair shot.
No one loves Ohio more than Amy, and no one will fight harder for Ohio's families.
And my message is this: life should be more affordable. No one should have to struggle to pay for healthcare. Corruption should have no place in our government. And no matter who you are, where you live, or what challenges you face, you deserve to be seen, heard, and valued.
No one should ever feel forgotten or left behind. That's the Ohio I'm fighting for.

Ramaswamy’s latest attack against @amyactonoh is disgusting and appalling. It seems like there is no low that’s too low. The desperation of a failing campaign is no excuse to turn the sexual abuse of a then-child into a political attack. Dr. Amy Acton overcame the unimaginable, and this cruel attempt to discredit her is pathetic. In the end, this further highlights the strength and resilience of Amy – values that prove she’s the best person to become Governor of Ohio.
