I don't understand how people can be so skeptical over a friendship that last for 8 years. A friendship that keeps coming back and keep choosing each other. They have the opportunity to be in same group with their best friend. They are allowed to be happy and share that happiness. Agency, media be it magazine or variety show might use that friendship for marketing yeah. Obviously, because it does sells. Thats just how most idol agency, variety and magazine do. And it doesn't just stop between members, idols friendship and connections are all can be used for marketing. It helps creating image and also advertise them to different fandom. But does it make them any less meaningful? No. They can have genuine friendship, make dance challenge together, selca together posted it and still have meaningful friendship behind it. These things are not even just in idol industry lmao 😭 even people outside entertainment industry do that Thats why you don't get to reduce a relationship as a mere fanservice just because they are allowed to show it off. Being shown in the camera doesn't make it any less meaningful and any less real bro... Especially when its the things idol decide to post by themself not even marketing stuff. Your idol literally get to work with his best friend and the first thing you are doing is getting mad instead of celebrating their happiness.
