@SouthwestAir LOST my bag on a DIRECT FLIGHT from ATL -> CMH and won’t replace anything in the bag because I DONT HAVE RECEIPTS?!?!?!?!?!?! Some of the items in that bag can’t even be replaced. My designer shoes GONE but @SuhilaBnLachhab says they won’t do anything
