And just like that the turnover battle is tied up, 2-2, as JC French throws his sexi d interception of the day on a second straight drive. #Bearcats

The stat will only say interception, but the tape will show quite a controversial call resulted in laundry all over the field and JC French's first interception of the season going the other way for a Tech pick six. #Bearcats

Defense holds a surging Tech offense off, allowing just another field goal on the first drive of the second half, cutting the Cincinnati lead to two scores, 24-9. #Bearcats

The script has been flipped as Cincinnati explodes in the second quarter, scoring on all three drives on 215 yards of offense, while the Lubbock Fighting Cody Campbells struggle to 47 yards of offense on their drives, resulting in two punts and an MJ Cannon pick. #Bearcats

Quavo Saboor had left the field after injury attention earlier, back on the kickoff team to assist in making the tackle on that play. #Bearcats

Does not appear to be heading into the game before the end of the half. Will be interesting to see if he returns after this drive and halftime. #Bearcats

Taran Tyo is back on the sidelines after taking several practice snaps and heading into o the huddle during the timeout. Waiting to see if he returns to gameplay. #Bearcats
