This week we have our weekly trike session at Afon Taf High School at 6pm on Monday and on Thursday morning at 10am we’ll do our longest #social ride to Talybont. This is a very challenging ride of around 40 miles.

We had a brilliant afternoon at the Spectrum Hub Olympics at Rhydycar this afternoon. Well done to Lynne and the team for a brilliantly organised event. Great fun was had by all of the trike riders, smiles all around.
