I think it’s sort of weird everyone involved is doing the same “name and shame investigation” strategy here on Ember, someone on their own side. This is a tactic normally reserved for disparaging leftists. Isn’t it a bit foreboding? The chickens coming home to roost? I mean, personally, I think there’s a huge difference between banning crossdressers from a BDSM party and banning trans women. First off, talk to any trans woman on Grindr, a lot of them will tell you that CDs tend to be pushy toward trans women and even fetishize them. There’s often this built in problem with bad behavior enabled among CDs. But secondly, CD is not an identity. It’s a fetish. CDs self-identify as men. Trans women have a gender identity and go about transitioning, their gender is not their sex life, so these two things are not comparable. I disagree with Ember on this and think the two convos are not the same But also, okay, Ember has a weird take. Who CARES? Unless you’re trying to retroactively prove Ember needs to be excommunicated. Which is why this should be scary to chudtubers. The tactics used against the enemy are now being used within. 🐣
