here's how to pull more positive reviews for your app
ask Claude/Codex/Cursor to implement this for you:
1. ask for review after "success moment"
- when users complete a key action
- after they've experienced your core value
- when they're feeling accomplished
2. add a single question first
- "Are you enjoying [App Name]?"
- if YES → show rating prompt
- if NO → Show feedback form
3. make the feedback form private
- unhappy users vent to you, not the App Store
- You still get valuable insights
- Your public ratings stay high

🚨 Apple's Receipt Server is down, which means it's impossible to verify purchases 🚨
When this happens, we activate an outage mode that'll grant your users temporary entitlements when they complete a purchase, which show up in the RC app as a 'free entitlement'
Likely, these are paying users (we just can't be 100% sure yet), and we'll validate them as soon as Apple's servers are back online
