.@nytimes said it was not interested in reporting on the 300 page, meticuloulsy documented report on the mass sexual abuse of Israeli women, girls and men. But, they ran with Kristoff's dog-rape libel. Let that sink in!
Months ago, the Civil Commission approached the New York Times with a report on Hamas’ systematic sexual violence on Oct. 7 and after. The @nytimes said it was not interested. This comprehensive and well-documented report was published this morning by CNN and other international outlets. Aware of the report and its release date, the night before its release the NYT ran a shameful attack on Israel, belittling Hamas’ sexual crimes. That tells you everything about the NYT's agenda.

My husband did his law degree at City and he’s very familiar with Ben Gad, who teaches economics. There’s a whole group of faculty, including my husband’s former lecturer, David Collins, being targeted for objecting to the abuse of Ben Gad.
NOW: City University pro-Pals are screeching “Ben Gad out of here” referring to an Israeli professor they’re targeting for no other reason than his nationality. Will @CityStGeorges protect him? This is xenophobic harassment.

Even figuratively, never mind literally, this is not only pathetic sycophantic dumbassery, it is unpatriotic. America was not in danger of ceasing to exist in 2015. And to believe otherwise is to have a repugnantly low opinion of America.
Stephen Miller: “If it wasn’t for President Trump, the United States of America would not exist right now.”

On top of everything else about his unhinged behavior here, did El-Sayed really not know that foreign journalists cover US politics?

I'd love to see a consensus to unperson the pro-Putin caucus in both parties
Mamdani-backed House candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier refused to answer for her past social media posts echoing Putin talking points over the Ukraine war, claiming US bullied Russia into invading. "I'm not sure about the context of those tweets where they are coming from."

In fact, @JDVance, foreign policy was one of the least important concerns to voters, according to exit-polling by @AP
Vice President JD Vance blamed Republicans’ poor performance in the midterm elections on the U.S. war in Iran, calling it “obvious to almost everyone,” as well as the current state of the U.S.-Israel relationship. @emilyfjacobs reports: ji.news/5rd46

"The biggest single loser last night was JD Vance." Jonah Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Dispatch, told CNN that the vice president's attempts to blame the Republican midterm loss solely on the Iran war and U.S.-Israel relationship — and not rising prices — are bound to fail.

“I asked the smartest data guy I know” is the new “My six year old asked me about Reinhold Niebuhr and climate change.”
One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"—whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up. So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us." Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026. There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true. But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone. Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were: 1) End the war 2) Focus on cost of living/inflation 3) Put America First 4) Change our relationship to Israel Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.) In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you. The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night. If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest. But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there. I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, “I told you so”: you’re right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let’s take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.

He says he thinks the MAGA base is the Republican Party and that since he’s 99% with the MAGA base ergo he’s at 100% of the Republican Party while Lincoln was only at 8 percent (because of all the polling under Lincoln). It’s pathetic.

Palestinians are more than just victims. So why does so much media coverage treat them as though they have no agency, no political beliefs and no responsibility for their leaders’ actions? In an interview with Global Vision TV, CAMERA UK's @adamlevick discussed how international media coverage often portrays Palestinians primarily through their suffering, while giving far less attention to their political choices, leadership, ideology and the actions of terrorist organisations such as Hamas.
