🚨I DID get back my FOIA for The Black Sea Rotational Force at the Romanian military base.🚨
If youre unfamiliar, this is the military base that Erika Kirk worked with directly to gift romanian orphans with her "Everyday Heroes Like You" organization (2010-2012). The same base her distant cousin, Dennis Frantzve, worked for at the same time. You'll find Erika Kirk thanks Colonel Otto Busher at the end of one of her organization's videos. The same Otto Busher that can be found all over romanian news articles, accusing him, and his team, of running a brothel with minors.
Well, Ana Maria Nuciu, was a translator for the base who worked in the office directly across Otto Busher. She finds evidence of the Colonel engaging in prostitution on the computer she was assigned to. She sees girls, some appearing to be minors, entering into the base obviously unauthorized. She brought this to the attention of her higher ups and some Co workers, in which, she was threatened by two individuals and was even told by local romanian police they advise her to stop her involvement.
Long story short, they never looked into Otto Busher. Not a single investigative file found on him, despite the original claim mentioning his name specifically. There WAS, however, and investigation done at the same time of her claims. Same claim of a BROTHEL, human trafficking, prostitution and there's an exemption code to protect MINORS. Meaning, minors were claiming to be witnesses or direct victims of crimes.
The only thing they supposedly found evidence to support is the prostitution claim.
Mind you, many "prostitutes" in romania ARE MINORS. Thats a huge problem there.
So... someone was involving themselves in prostitution. Photos and videos of the brothel and all. Looks like witness and victim interviews. (Again, some or all likely minors)
WHY WAS NO ONE CONVICTED? WHY DID THEY DECLINE TO PROSECUTE THE REDACTED NAME? (mentioned on last page)
WHY WAS OTTO BUSHER NEVER PROPERLY INVESTIGATED WHEN HE WAS ACCUSED?
IS ANA AWARE THEY NEVER DID A PROPER INVESTIGATION WITH THE EVIDENCE SHE GAVE THEM?

If you listen to Adams story about recording this footage- his WiFi livestream actually cut out before Charlie was killed. He only kept this footage because he has an advanced streaming pack that allows him to record locally and stream live at the same time if I remember correctly. He spoke about it in an interview… maybe with Jason actually? I forget.
Neat detail that came out early on and was largely forgotten.

3 hours after Charlie Kirk was shot, a Steam group told members to encrypt about 'a very specific thing that happened'. Its name was engraved on a casing in an evidence bag 40 hours later. Discord sealed a million messages and said nothing happened. I focused on Steam.
The four engraved casings turned out to be the cipher. Each phrase has a home on Steam: a group, a wall, a game, a song. Every one of those homes was awake before the public knew a name.

UVU had an IT outage 1hr 33mins before Charlie died.
This was also the same time the suspect left campus for the 2nd time.
There was a temporary glitch in the CCTV cameras which may have been caused by this outage.
The system was comprised for the entire time Charlie was there and remained comprised until the following Monday when they finished laying the pavers.
