@PiyushGoyal I agree that subsidies won't help Indian Exporters & scheme such as Advance Authorisation is not a subsidy. In this pandemic their validity needs to be extended along with EO period as economic disruption is not only for the lockdown period but will be for some time

Indian exporters need support, not in terms of any fiscal benefit but just revalidation of existing authorisations issued to them for a period of 1year. There is no doubt about the collapse of entire global supply chains and economies making it impossible to import raw materials

Please help on query raised by our reader, We are exporters of various chemicals and against the export of one such chemical we avail DFIA. We intend to transfer the DFIA to an Importer, Manufacturer, and Exporter. They are of the opinion that since they 1/2
claim DBK on their exports using DFIA for one of the inputs would disable them from claiming DBK.
Query
Can they claim DBK if they used DFIA issued to a different entity against exports of diff product?
