Bad news: nobody is reading your landing page.
Breaking news: they never were.
They read the headline, the price and one screenshot. That's it.
Fix those three before you touch anything else. Yes, including the logo.
Whats the worst part about being a founder a while having a fulltime job ?
Rapid context switching
And may god help you if you are doing a part-time as well along with this.
YC interviews are brutal and you don't get time to think.
So founders have to be prepared to answer on the spot.
Here's all you need to know
My best friend got into @ycombinator this fall. I asked him what happens during the infamous 10-min interview. here is everything he told me:
-Tell us what you're building. Be specific.
-Pick one of your customers and walk through it.
-What does your product actually do for them?
-Are they using it yet?
-How much are they paying monthly or yearly?
-We see this idea a lot. Why will you be the one to crack it?
-Aren't you just building custom software for every customer?
-What will you get done by demo day?
-Who does what on the team?
-How many customers have you talked to?
-How are you selling?
-What's actually built? Show us.
-Will your first customers actually use it?
-Where do they need it most?
DON'T BE UNPREPARED. Send this with your co-founders and get that acceptance!
and if you can’t answer some of these due to not have customers yet, then treat this like the perfect excuse to go get some. ASAP

Your first $500 on Meta ads isn't buying customers.
It's paying tuition for settings you didn't know existed.
So I'm building an AI agent that gets it right before you spend anything. One line about your product in. Audiences, keywords, ad copy and a budget split out.
Every founder needs to read this.
A reality check for anyone building an audience online right now.
You will post something you spent 3 hours on and it will get 4 likes.
You will post a random thought in 10 seconds while brushing your teeth and it will go viral.
You will study the analytics and learn nothing useful.
You will copy a format that worked once and it will never work again.
You will want to quit every single week.
The people who win aren’t the ones who cracked the algorithm.
They’re the ones who kept posting after the 4 like post and didn’t let it mean anything about their worth.
I've been avoiding one marketing task for weeks and calling it 'prioritising'. Mine: Not doing outreach on Linkedin and X.
What's yours? Safe space. Mostly.

Say hi, drop your project & let's grow together.
I think we are moving into a world where knowing how to code will not be enough.
Everyone can code.
Knowing what to build,
for whom,
and how to reach them is the real skill.
Distribution is becoming a far more interesting problem than coding.
If you only have $500 to get your first customers...
Would you invest in
Google Ads?
Meta Ads?
Cold Outreach?
Or content?
Just curious about how founders would invest their own money for customer acquisition.
Building features is the new form of procrastination.
You feel productive while avoiding the uncomfortable part.
