@WasteManagement is it your regular practice to make it impossible to cancel service? 11 days and no response to online support request. Call and choose option to cancel, told I will be transferred and it disconnects.
@WasteManagement 30 minutes on hold, and hubby was hung up on. I'm at 57 minutes and still nothing. Is this a customer retention strategy? You may want to work on responsiveness!
