First big harvest of the season!

Upcoming Wednesday night cask is our wit beer with beets! Awesome color and the beet flavor comes through nicely.

Sampling a couple barrels today. Bourbon barrel barleywine on left and brett saison on the right.

Working through all my 5 year old cellared beers in the next few weeks. First up, 2011 @GooseIsland Bourbon County Stout. Smooth as silk.

Loving this CBGB Berliner Weisse from @SixTenBrewing that one of their fans dropped off at the brewery. Well done gents!
