The current conditions Imran Khan and his family are facing in jail: • Imran Khan: His blood pressure has been as high as 192 since July. He has lost 85% of the vision in one eye. He is neither being shifted to Shifa International Hospital for treatment nor being provided with proper medical checkups. He is kept in 24-hour isolation in a small cell. Doctors have also warned that his condition could put him at risk of a heart attack. • Bushra Bibi: She cannot see properly from either eye and has only 30% of her vision remaining. She underwent surgery on one eye, and doctors had recommended keeping her admitted in the hospital for 3–4 days. However, she was shifted back to jail immediately after the surgery. Now, she is experiencing problems with her other eye as well and is in severe pain. Doctors recommended shifting her to a hospital, but Yazid insists that her surgery will be performed inside the jail. She has also been slowly poisoned. She is in so much pain that she screams and cries constantly. • Noreen Khan: Before going to jail, she was perfectly fine, despite being 71 years old. However, shortly after being imprisoned, she developed a heart condition and was shifted to the hospital and admitted to the ICU for 48 hours without her family being informed. Her family kept waiting outside the ICU but was not allowed to see her. They were not even informed about the results of her medical tests or what exactly had happened to her. Without a proper medical checkup, she was sent back to jail after 48 hours. • Uzma Khan: According to Imran Khan's eldest sister, their other sister, Uzma Khan, has now developed extremely high blood pressure. Despite her condition, she is not being shifted to a hospital. All of this is being done to force Imran Khan to give up, surrender, and bow before them by any means possible. But he will never surrender or bow before them.

Imran Khan revealed that doctors had warned him that if his solitary confinement continued under the same conditions, he could suffer a brain haemorrhage or a heart attack at any moment. These are not minor health concerns, these are life-threatening risks. Meanwhile, the traitors within his own party are comfortably sitting in positions of power, enjoying money, protocol, privileges, and everything that comes with it. They are busy attending and celebrating weddings alongside PML-N, PPP, and traitors like Bajwa. What do they have to worry about? They have everything. Why would they care about Imran Khan? And then there is his son, Kasim Khan, desperately longing for just one chance to hear his father's voice, pleading for reassurance that his father is alive.

A stroke risk can therefore, lead to difficulties in talking and moving arms and legs. • Visual disturbances can make the vision blurry. • Severe pain in chest can possibly happen which can be due to a heart attack. • Kidney can also get damaged and lose its functionality. Such issue requires a dialysis treatment which aims to clean the waste and extra fluid from the blood and ensure balancing the blood pressure. However, a dialysis treatment is considered very painful. Hypertension must never be taken lightly or ignored. If left untreated, it can have devastating and even fatal consequences. The conditions in which Imran Khan is being held in jail are the main cause of serious concern regarding his deteriorating health. He was completely healthy, fit, and fine before his imprisonment.
