Everyone was annoyed by the whole situation, and fans were worried cuz they didn’t know what was going on. It’s natural to worry when we don’t know what’s happening, especially when we genuinely want to fully support the boys cuz they’ve asked us to support them. Usually i barely complain about minor issues and i always try to be understanding, but this time i’m genuinely disappointed. MoVi really needs to improve their communication team. Even a simple notice like “we’re aware that some of you no longer have access to Masterpiece. Don’t worry, we’re currently working on fixing the issue.” That’s literally it.
