Tesla Korea filed on Oct 22 under Article 114-2, which until now has only covered physical devices. So the ministry has to decide if a software update counts. The filing reportedly didn't include enough technical data for the safety review either.
If it gets approved, it could be a big boost for Tesla's sales in Korea. Really hoping it happens soon.🙏
