This is one of the many reasons we must #RaiseTheAge. So many of our young people trapped in prisons, have been let down by agencies, departments and institutions that have failed to recognise their disabilities and provide them with the support and services they need.
Replying to @NATSILS_
"From an early age there are many avenues where our people may go undiagnosed - such as through child protection or education. Whereby if identification had occurred earlier, there may have been support services provided that deter entry to the justice system." - @AxCheryl
