If you are not top bureaucrat, judge or politician you should not have family in India.

And anybody objecting to this disgusting deal with the contractor will be called anti- Maharashtra/ urban naxal.
Zero sense of aesthetics for the city, the regime is not even leaving the sea to loot every bit of Mumbai that they can.
Infact, the number of LED screens put up with their insane brightness at night, should be reduced.
But the regime belongs to those who can buy them out, not to the people!

The biggest hidden billing ambush in Indian summer retail:
"Free Standard AC Installation."
You buy a 1.5 ton split AC on sale for ₹25,000 to ₹34,000.
The box clearly says: "Installation Included."
2 days later, 2 technicians arrive with a drilling machine.
One glances at your wall, walks out to the balcony, and says:
Sir, standard install only includes 3 meters of copper pipe. Your outdoor unit is 4.5 meters away.
Extra copper pipe: ₹950/meter.
Outdoor iron wall bracket: ₹1,500.
Drain pipe extension: ₹350.
Heavy electrical MCB switch: ₹850.
You only wanted cool air.
You end up paying ₹5,500 cash in hand before the compressor even turns on.
"Free installation" in India is just a paid entry ticket for technicians to sell hardware at 300% markup.
What did your "free" AC installation actually end up costing you?

I’ve lived in Norway for years, and watching children here sometimes breaks my heart when I think about childhood in India. 🇮🇳🇳🇴
🇳🇴 A Norwegian child plays in the mud, climbs mountains, explores forests, fights with friends and learns to solve their own conflicts. Rain or snow, they play outside. Nobody rushes them to prove how smart they are. They are allowed to be children.
🇮🇳 Then I look at India. The same 3-year-old is sitting in a classroom, learning ABCD, counting 1 to 100 and solving maths problems, already under pressure to stay ahead of others.
Sometimes, I feel we are almost bullying our own children, both at home and in schools, all in the name of a better future.
One child is learning how to live. The other is learning how to perform.
They may grow up with degrees, big salaries and successful careers, but what if they spend their lives feeling they are never good enough?
The maths can wait. Childhood cannot come back.
Indian parents, are we raising children for their future, or sacrificing their childhood to feel secure about our own?
