Amit Saikat, 28, admitted to an offence that happened at a property in Bearsden between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021.
He touched and rubbed their arm, legs and waist. He also put his hand in their clothing.
Saikat, of Hutton Drive in Glasgow, appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on November 2.
His defence solicitor said her client would rather the details of his crime not be read out in open court.
Sheriff Lorna Anderson deferred sentence for social work reports to be prepared.
She added: "A narrative will have to be given on the next occasion."
Saikat was put on the sex offenders register in the interim.
He will be sentenced on December 1.

In Sapporo, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan, Pakistani immigrant Sheraz Khan attempted to sexually assault a 20-year-old girl.
At the time, the girl was sitting alone in a bar, waiting for an acquaintance.
During this time, 34-year-old Sheraz Khan approached the girl after seeing her alone, hugged her, pulled her hand, and attempted to touch the upper and lower parts of her body.
The two had never met before.
The girl became frightened, left the place, went to the police station, and filed a complaint.
Finally, after approximately five months, the police arrested the Pakistani national.
Following his arrest, the accused denied the allegations to the police. During questioning, he said:
"I don't know what I did."
Because of this kind of mentality, a girl is neither safe alone at home nor in public places.

In Austria, a 30-year-old Afghan Muslim was convicted of serious crimes, including r@pe, attempted rape, causing grievous bodily harm, and making death threats.
His criminal record was no minor matter. There were 12 entries against him in police records, and he had been convicted in 4 separate criminal cases.
He spent approximately 10 years in Austria, nearly seven of which were spent in prison.
Austrian Interior Minister Gerhard Karner was very angry about this case and said:
"Convicted criminals must leave Austria."
Eventually, after completing his prison sentence, Austria deported him to Afghanistan.
