AI AGENTS CAN NOW SHOP ONLINE AND COMPLETE CHECKOUTS WITHOUT EVER SEEING YOUR CARD DETAILS @agentlayer_ai just introduced Vaults, giving AI agents the ability to securely complete online purchases using payment cards without exposing sensitive card information to the agent itself.
introducing vaults over the past few months, we've been building infrastructure that gives your agents access to financial services, from swaps and lending/borrowing to x402 payments and fiat card issuance starting today, agents can also securely pay at online checkouts - closed-loop flow: your agent issues a card (via @LasoFinance ), which goes straight into the vault without ever exposing its details to the agent. it then opens a browser session and uses autofill to complete the checkout - you can also bring your own card by securely adding it to the vault via CLI - all secrets stay local, protected by your machine's keychain giving agents the tools to execute across key areas of finance makes them more autonomous and empowers them to pursue the frontier

AgentLayer is very well made. It's often what we use internally when testing. Try it out today.

the future of agentic cards belongs to stablecoin cards (like @jupiter @ether_fi), i think 1) stables environments are already native to agents, and getting even better every day, thanks to the efforts of many developers 2) banks enforce too many regulations to make things move fast enough 3) stabless are pretty cheap, transparent, and headless. they also give you a lot of opportunities to earn yield on them current agentic commerce flows are driven by cards issued by humans and given to agents via link, vaults, etc. soon agents themselves will be card issuers @agentlayer_ai working on it

that was the initial thesis behind @agentlayer_ai: existing, traditional financial institutions are not suitable for the agentic era. this idea motivated me to start building it this February. agents need permissionless tools AiFi belongs to defi
JPMorgan Chase just blocked Instinct and Muse We’ve now seen blocking as an official policy (or at least reported behavior by users) from: Amazon, Yelp, Resy, United, eBay and so many more However, with great pain points come great opportunity! That is the beauty of capitalism - where there is a problem, there is a solution to be built And this problem seems far to great of an opportunity to ignore Startups, the time is yours!

The AgentLayer interface is solid, consistent, and does what you expect it to do. When you use it with Laso, please let @lopushok09 or I know how it can be better.
connect the AgentLayer plugin to your ChatGPT app execute in defi, use x402, and access fiat through @LasoFinance native plugin experience with easy-to-use slash commands and secure local secret storage install commands in the post below

your balance right inside claude code
In v0.1.110 we added a custom status line for claude code that displays your wallet balance - shows your total stablecoin balance, with base/solana balances separately - makes it easier to control spending on x402 - enable it with the /wallet-statusline slash command making agentic commerce more friendly

i think x402 impact on ai is still underrecognized we have near-perfect payment rails, but we still don’t have the product that a critical mass of agents truly needs that’s only a matter of time x402 for aifi is what ethereum was for defi

Your agent gets access to any financial service through one tool: @agentlayer_ai
Who's doing the first agentic bank? I want to give my machine an agent account, an allowance, and permission to just take care of stuff.

@agentlayer_ai is a purely post-agi company
way too many people are building pre-agi companies rather than post-agi companies

That reflects how important guardrails are in agentic commerce (especially within custom agentic frameworks). That’s why @agentlayer_ai shows you all fees and estimated costs before acting, and why it asks for confirmation every time. I’ve tried different approaches to this, and I should say it’s really hard to keep the right balance. I also think using limited-balance cards for your agent is a good idea
I just lost $300 using Instinct. Can I please get a refund?😭@noahrshinn

if your agent holds stablecoins, why isn’t it earning yield on them? we fix it
we believe the future of aifi is onchain most financial rails for agents only let them spend. agents powered by agentlayer can also earn in our latest batch of updates, we significantly improved the onchain experience, especially for @base wallet: - full control over every onchain transaction until success to prevent double spending - cross-session memory: agentlayer saves your previous setup, including chain and network - a smoother crosschain experience no doubt, this is one of our most important updates for onchain execution
