Please don't treat any algorithms as God. Algorithms follow their programming and can make mistakes. We want human support to be human, capable of overriding mistakes, not a blind advocate to the algorithm.

Your support is not supportive at all. You're basically making it impossible for new accounts to start, even when they pay for Premium+.
Your support staff merely repeat themselves and act like robots rather than humans capable of thought, and it seems like no one on your support staff believes in your algorithm being fallible, capable of making any mistakes at all.
