If youre new to following me, I mostly make videos about SMT (SMTV atm) & VR/VRChat. Often the two crossover.
I have a video where I modeled many relics in Shin Megami Tensei V (including game consoles) and try to explain them based on research I did

LT speaking of, I remember doing rough translations of the Japanese RE5 artbook in the early 2010s (I used OCR for capture and did manual research etc), and so I never got around to getting the official English one, but I didnt know the price situation was this bad
I have the most experience with RE artbooks compared to any other artbooks Ive collected, and I dont really know how MegaTen artbooks are like, but with RE, you always want to collect supplemental books or you miss out on some rare character lore
Wanted to bring up in relation to the artbook video but when I mentioned artbooks revealing character background lore you'd never expect, there's so much family/personality related stuff with side characters in Resident Evil artbooks, you never ever see mentioned anywhere else
Preview video #shinmegamitensei
Heres the video going over a list of things Im interested in, for the SMTVV artbook. I also share my extended thoughts related to people wondering if the book will have FeMC concepts #shinmegamitensei #smtv

̶S̶u̶s̶a̶n̶o̶o̶ I mean Nahobino, blesses you with the power of water. Water is an aspect of nature that can either be calm or violent. It can cause death but its also a vital part of life. 🌊
I resolved my payment issue for this and just awaiting shipment. As usual, double-check some international purchases for flagging. Im used to it, but had to do some extra things this time. I also have a video for things id like to see in the book, hopefully will be out soon
It looks like theyre prepping to ship the SMTVV artbook but running into issues with my payment via Rakuten. If it becomes a problem, I might have to cancel and just use Amazon or get it straight from Kinokuniya

A sword named “Hino-kagutsuchi-no-ken” (the sword of Kagutsuchi, he is a god of fire) often appears in Japanese games and manga. I believe I was actually the first person to come up with this sword and introduce it into a story.
In my first draft back in 1985, I had named the most powerful sword simply the "Sword of Fire." However, when my editor read it, they told me that "Sword of Fire" was too ordinary and asked me to come up with a better name.
Starting with Persona and then leaning more into Shin Megami Tensei, I tried to be open minded during the Persona anniversary, but the fans deserve nothing with their behaviour. For peace of mind, Im going to mute it on socials and discuss those games with friends privately
