Goodness is hidden, silent; it requires slow and continuous excavation. Because God’s style is discreet. He does not impose himself. He is like the air we breathe - we don't see it but it allows us to live, and we realize it only when it's missing.

"My peace I give you" (Jn 14:27). Jesus knows that on our own we are not able to cultivate peace, that we need help, a gift, the Holy Spirit. It is He who disarms the heart and fills it with serenity. #GospelOftheDay

Mary is the icon of our own vocation, since we, like her, are called to be holy and blameless in love (Eph 1:4), becoming images of Christ.

Beatitude, holiness, is not a life plan made up only of effort and renunciation, but is above all the joyful discovery of being God’s beloved children.

The word of God frees us from self-centeredness, and is able to purify, enlighten and recreate us. So let us listen to that Word, to open us to the vocation that God entrusts to us! #Prayer #Vocations

Dear elderly brothers and sisters, please look at the young people. The young people are watching us and our consistency can open up a beautiful path of life for them. Hypocrisy, on the other hand, will do so much harm. Let us #PrayTogether for one another. #BlessingOfTime

Fraternal love is a gymnasium of the spirit, where day by day we measure ourselves and test our spiritual life.

The Lord puts people who suffer on our path, people who feel alone or have lost their strength and courage. We must know how to recognize them and, with Saint Joseph's help, become their friends and their support on the journey of life. #GeneralAudience

Love rejoices in seeing others grow and suffers when others are anguished, lonely, sick, homeless, despised or in need. Love makes the heart leap; it brings us out of ourselves and creates bonds of sharing and communion.
