With a possibility of AI solving mortality in our lifetime, the cost of leaving the house into the dangerous world has become infinite. You can literally not justify doing anything anymore.
Why isnt like 50% of research money going to developing a feel good drug without physical harm?

daily non negotiables:
-morning sunlight (before anything digital)
-clean water (RO) + creatine
-animal foods (red meat, butter, liver/testicles) + fruit
-touching the earth (preferably a body of water)
-real human connection
-meaningful work
-moderately strenuous movement
-3-4 minutes hanging (we still need to swing from trees)
-fun (what’s the point of it all without this?) = surfing, foiling, slackline etc.
-no flicker red light (no blue) after sunset
-last meal 3 hrs from sleep
-minimize nnEMF during sleep as much as possible
We are actually in AI’s peak right now. The golden window where the gap between what AI *can* do vs what boomers (our bosses and teachers) *understand* it can do is the largest. You can impress them into a promotion.

The reason that it’s amazing to be 6’5” is because almost nobody is that tall, it’s purely relative. You need the 5’8” guys to enjoy being 6’5”.
But you don’t benefit from there being some 5’1” guy outliers. Their suffering is completely useless. It’s pure cruelty from god
