I think one of the biggest myths about relationships today is that they don’t take work, in the form of communication, boundaries, self-advocacy, directness, negotiation, flexibility, vulnerability, etc. Healthy, functional rships aren’t something we can just buy off a shelf.

Boundaries are the protective lines we draw around our health and vitality.
