As of 7AM today, a total of 15 families were evacuated in Diffun, Quirino but local DRRM officials say that another 9 families took shelter in public buildings such as schools and health centers due to the onslaught of #RositaPH. || via @KurtAdrianDP

In Diffun, Quirino, a local DRRM official said that power supply was cut at 4:30AM today due to strong winds and heavy rain being brought by #RositaPH. Classes in all levels are now suspended until tomorrow while work is also cancelled for today. || via @KurtAdrianDP
