Conquering My Demons 💕 ------ I understand that Twitter seems to be mostly shilling and not much personal level posts. But this week has been traumatic. As we are leaving Alabama we get pulled over for one of our tail lights being out. Long story short my husband gets arrested we are not sure why. They were saying he could be held there for 30 days waiting transport. No one would explain things Sunday, Monday was a holiday so no one would answer. Finally on Tuesday we find out it was for Larceny in a county we've never been to. We are freaking out, someone must have stolen his identity ectect. Make a phone call to the District Attorney. In his past as a child, in 2006, him and his friends broke into cars to steal radios. Awful I know, but we all have a past. This sealed juvenile case was recycled back into the system by accident. So, he was put into jail for three days for something he did at 16 (now 32 years old). He could have sat there for 30 days and no one would have done ANYTHING or try to right the mistake. When I went to this county and talked to the people they told me that a lot of old cases were recycled back into the system by mistake and people were getting arrested for things they did at 9,10,12 years old. The system yet again has failed. This is an ongoing issue, good people are being locked up for their past sins that they've already paid for. It's ridiculous. It's infuriating. My belief in the law is forever shattered. Apologies for the long post, but some of you were asking what happened. Well there you go. Appreciate all the good vibes and prayers. Sorry for this super long personal level post, have an amazing evening. 😆 🙏 🫂💕
