FPPC complaint filed this morning! The FPPC has historically been a very inefficient agency with regards to investigation and enforcement action--but given the statute of limitations on matters we've been fighting; it is important to pursue this remedy regardless.
Why didn't the district attorney properly investigate the @hlpusd school board in 2011 when they looked into the misappropriation of public funds. Now that Gino Kwok was reelected it raises questions about ongoing conflict of interest and whether school closures are connected.
