Hey @united, I’m fairly accepting of flight issues. They happen. But I’m now stranded at EWR due to a problem that could have been resolved hours ago at MIA when it was obvious you weren’t going to get me to my connecting flight on time.

I can’t rebook my flight on the app because I missed my flight that you got me to late.

This is the second time in 2 months you’re getting me home on a different day than I booked. Your offers of flight vouchers aren’t sufficient. I want cash back so I’m not beholden to your broken airline. @united learn to treat your customers with respect.

I am standing on a “Customer service” line that looks to be at least an hour long. Everyone in front of me is on the phone trying to call for help and not getting through. I just watch adults walk away after talking to agents, literally, crying.

She told me, and supposedly her supervisor told her, that if I wished to rebook my whole flight or drive to another airport it would be at my expense, that you won’t help me until you’ve made me miss my flight.
