Hate it or love it, decision makers are on LinkedIn, not Twitter. It's cool to be a Twitter guy, but being on LinkedIn is a necessity as a founder.

It's easier to build a company than to find a job on LinkedIn.

“How do we increase profits?” “Layoffs.” “Whom do we lay off first?” “Let me ask Claude.” Meanwhile Claude:
BREAKING: Microsoft, $MSFT, is offering buyouts to 60,000 workers as part of the company’s efforts to cut costs amid AI adoption, per Bloomberg. Personnel on select teams in the US, Canada, India, and the UK at a vice president level and below will be eligible. This reflects ~27% of Microsoft's total workforce.

X is great for visibility, not so much for conversions.
X is just a bubble 🤯 X sent me 22.3k visitors on my website. Revenue: $570 Google sent me just 341 visitors. Revenue: $580 Huge difference between conversion rate 👀 So if you rely just on X for distributing your product, you're NGMI. If you wanna play a long-term game, invest a lot of time in SEO and GEO. Thank me later.

Do you think Fable 5.5 will be released just before the IPO?

Please , please try this... Change your survey question, “How did you find us?”, from multiple-choice options to an open-ended text box. In fact, around 83% of my traffic provides proper, meaningful answers. Some answers contains much more better explanation, and only a very few contain jumbled words. ( we can fix those with jev analyzing and reprompting for proper answer ) With multiple-choice options, people tend to click random answers just to move forward. Even paid users might do this, which means you could be analyzing incorrect data and drawing the wrong conclusions. At least run an experiment and compare the results before making a decision.

Nope… the worst way to get 100 - views. Nobody will care about your content in those followers and you're stuck in that 200 - view cycle. You'll keep getting consistently low views regardless of the quality of your content. ( from real experience )

founders, i have a question. if you had to grow your startup to $10k in monthly revenue without spending money on ads, what would you do first? i'm interested in the actual tactics you'd use, not generic advice.

"Twitter is the worst conversion rate of any channel." " less then 1 % of conversion" YouTube videos have a 20% conversion rate. I always thought his viral videos brought in much higher conversions, and I've been trying to achieve something similar for a long time. Now I finally have my answer from @FarzaTV! Thanks a lot! 🙌

I’ve decided to spend $500 over the next 7–10 days on Meta Ads, using organic posts that are already performing well. Can you share your experience with Meta Ads? It’s my first time running them ..

Even though I have unlimited tokens(almost), the real bottleneck was my attention and the interface. Claude Code starts to suck when I have more than three agents running in parallel. But why am I running all these agents in the first place? I don’t actually need to check on all of them constantly. I just have this craving to look at what they’re doing and where they are in the process. I love watching them work, but it seems like I’m slowly brain-rotting by constantly staring at the interface. So, I completely ditched the Claude Code interface and built my own, connected directly to Claude Code. Here’s how it works: I have automations running in the background that create videos, but I still need to review them before they go live. Instead of monitoring multiple agents, I built one master agent. one cheif agent will pops up when i click ⌥+space, that controls all the sessions It handles everything, and all the generated videos show up in a single scheduler alongside their thumbnails. I can review each video, click OK, and send it straight to scheduling. This is one of the things I genuinely love about building my own tools: creating an interface around my actual workflow, tailored to my exact requirements and connected directly to the Claude Code main agent. It’s an awesome feeling to build the tools you need instead of adapting your workflow to the tools you have.
