When a farmer raises an animal to 400 kg over 18 months and brings it to the abattoir, most of us assume the business is meat. It is more than that. That single slaughterhouse holds nine factories: bone meal, leather, tallow, horns and hooves, manure, biogas, pharmaceutical ingredients, blood meal, and only then the meat. About 150 kg of the animal is what we sell. The rest is value we abandon. The cost of abandoning it shows up in our import bill. We bring in close to a million kilograms of leather goods, 3.7 million kilograms of soap and candles from Kenya, and more than 300,000 tonnes of fertiliser every year. Much of this could come from animals we already slaughter. The jobs case is just as clear. Five jobs on each of the eight by-product lines gives 40 jobs per animal. An abattoir handling 150 animals a day carries 6,000 jobs. This thinking is the foundation of how we at PACEID (@paceidug) approach value addition across the 13 sectors we work on. Each sector is a value chain to be built at home, so that Uganda exports higher-value products rather than raw commodities. None of it happens in pieces, though. It takes ecosystem thinking: a large enough herd, land, energy, standards, skills and aggregation centres, planned together, with farmers connected to markets, finance and government. Argentina once fed Europe with its beef and missed the window to build the value chain. Our task is to make sure Uganda does not miss its own. Next week: We look at fish value chain. #ValueAddition #Exports #Uganda #Agribusiness #IndustrialDevelopment #PACEID

I'm in over 220% pump profit on $IRYS today alone. Making my total profit over 340% since last week I bought it. You guys will see massive explosion on Binance Alpha TGEs and Ai narratives tokens in the next coming weeks. This is the third time I told you this. I have been telling you that since early this month
Stop wasting your time. Get in where there is liquidity. Your $1000 capital can turn to $10k in a short while. You only lack the knowledge. You're wasting your time in the crypto market if you're not trading Binance Alpha TGEs and Ai narratives tokens. I'm sure some of you are crying about boring market. Some of you were liquidated in the past days. While others are scared of buying anything less their capital vanishes But in the midst of these fears and catastrophe, the Binance Alpha TGEs and Ai narrative ecosystem tokens are pumping endlessly. Currently, there are four coins that have been pumping in the past 7 days. I called three of them at bottom for my X subscribers. I called Q, AGT and JCT for my X subscribers at bottom. $Q $AGT $IRYS $JCT I called Q, AGT and JCT for my X subscribers to buy at bottom and they all did. Lots of them are in huge profit already as Q has done 10X pump. AGT has done 7X pump. JCT has done 150% pump. While IRYS I didn't call has done 200% pump. Lots of people are in crazy profit right now. With $1000 capital in any of these token when I called it, you will be in huge profit by now. The market is not your problem, you're only not in the ecosystem liquidity exists. One particular trader made $21k profit from $Q alone.

This time next year, Zelensky will be safely ensconced at a country mansion somewhere in Sussex. There he will be feted and visited by the likes of Boris Johnson, Keir Starmer, Sunak, Obama, Hillary Clinton, von der Leyen, Sean Penn, William and Kate, and Tony Blair et al. His memoir, ghost written, will see him embark on a promotional tour of the chat show and podcast circuit, during which he will be curated as the man who stood up to Putin and was betrayed by Trump. Lucrative Hollywood offers for the rights will follow. As part of this hagiographic carnival, Zelensky will be given an honorary knighthood by King Charles, accompanied by the usual trumpets and banquet. Meanwhile, back in Ukraine, investigators will uncover corruption under his premiership on an industrial scale. These findings will be summarily dismissed as a in the West as a fabrication, cooked up in the Kremlin. For the ordinary Ukrainian, left to pick up the pieces, heartrending stories of men being kidnapped from their families by Zelensky's conscription press gangs --- never to be seen again -- will be commonplace. These stories will be joined by accounts of war pensions denied, compensation payments for the loved ones of fallen soldiers declined, and as will details of widespread torture and abuse within the ranks. No lessons will be learned -- just as none were learned from previous failed military adventures in Afganisation, Iraq, Libya, Syria, etc. The circus will move on to the next, confirming that though the faces change, the game remains the same.
Zelensky says Ukraine needs the 9.5 million people who fled to return home to live and build their country

Stop parading your academic prejudices. A university’s name does not automatically confer intellectual superiority. I would expect someone who values education to understand that distinction.

Tyler Perry is worth $1.4 billion and he fired his own aunt for not showing up to work. When his mom died, he mailed the rest of the family letters. 60 days to get a job, or the money stops. Now here's the thing. Back in the early '90s, that same guy was sleeping in his car. He's 6'5" and the car was a Geo Metro, so picture that for a minute. In 1992 he took every dollar he had, about $12,000 from selling used cars plus a tax refund, and put on his first play in Atlanta. He figured 1,200 people would show up that weekend. Thirty did. His rent and his car payment were riding on that show, so when it flopped, he lost the apartment too. And he kept going. He put the play up again the next year, and the year after that, and lost money every single time until the seventh try finally sold out in 1998. Seven years later Diary of a Mad Black Woman opened at #1 and made $22 million its first weekend. He kept ownership of what he made, and eventually turned 330 acres of an old Army base in Atlanta into his own studio. Forbes has him at $1.4 billion now. His mom, Maxine, was the reason he kept pushing through all of it. He's said as much. She asked him to look after the family, so he did, for years, the whole time she was alive. She passed in December 2009, and that's when the letters went out. If you've lived what he lived, you know which part actually made you. It was six years of failing with nobody coming to save him. A monthly check from a rich relative takes exactly that away from somebody. So with his aunt, he tried a job first. She'd call asking for money, he'd send it, and finally he offered her a spot so she could build something with him. She kept calling in and not showing up, so she was out. According to Perry, every relative who got that letter found a job. Some of those jobs didn't pay much, and he said he didn't care, he wanted them proud of a paycheck they earned themselves. He told Derrick Hayes, the guy who started Big Dave's Cheesesteaks, to watch out for family "putting holes in the boat" while you're trying to get across. Sometimes, he said, you build the boat by yourself and have everybody wait on the shore. He runs the same rules with his son Aman, who does chores to get paid. Honestly, he gave them the best thing he had. Sixty days and nobody coming to save them, which is the exact deal he got in 1992, and it's the deal that made him a billionaire.
Billionaire Tyler Perry gave his own family 60 days to find jobs or lose his financial support. Despite being worth an estimated $1.4 billion, he refused to keep supporting relatives who weren't working. In the video below, Perry explains why he fired his own aunt and later gave other family members an ultimatum after his mother's death. He wanted them to become financially independent instead of relying on his fortune. One aunt regularly called asking for money, and Perry kept sending it until he offered her a job. But she repeatedly called in and failed to show up for work, so he eventually fired her. His mother had also asked him to support other relatives, and he continued helping them while she was alive. After she died in 2009, Perry sent them letters giving them 60 days to find employment or lose his financial support. According to Perry, every relative eventually found a job. He didn't care whether the jobs paid well because he wanted them to earn their own money and have something to feel proud of. Perry also recalled a relative getting angry when he refused to hand over $1 million. He believed that continually giving money to people who refused to work was making their dependence worse. A billionaire who could afford to support his entire family chose to make them earn their own living. If you had $1.4 billion, would you keep supporting unemployed relatives or give them the same 60-day ultimatum?
