This is what happens when our country’s procurement process is so shitty that - an L1 bid wins the tender and then uses that to have a monopoly in the public sector domain for 10 years.
We need more of this mindset in India. Everyone starts chasing the “let me serve” the top 10% economy in India.

Most EV charging transactions are below 2000Rs, does this mean there is no MDR for ev charging payments? We get charged an MDR fee today for UPI transactions by our payment provider.
Last night - the Ministry of Finance put out a gazette notification stating that all UPI transactions under 2000rs cannot have an MDR fee directly or indirectly.
If you are being charged an MDR fee today by your payment provider, then it’s worthwhile pinging them and sharing this gazette notification. Link to it in comments.

Call for innovation - I want personal AI agents make money for me. Not the silly please book my ticket, or the order food for me crap.
The simplest thing I did was get a grok bot @bot and have it analyze the Indian stock market and come back with recommendations.
I gave it 10K and it’s made a handsome 27K out of it in less than 5 days. Target is 1L
I think this is lottery but still fun that a personal A.I. agent can guide me to do better financial decisions.

Phase 1: Accomplished
This independence day, Indian government is changing the way Indians access EV charging infrastructure - @NPCI_BHIM along with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and @MHI_GoI just made all EV chargers across the country accessible via the BHIM UPI app (more apps are in the pipeline), and all of it powered by a new network called Unified Bharat eCharge, with real time settlements powered by UPI.
I wrote up the journey of how a 27 member startup funded by PeakXV @peakxvpartners, Advantedge Founders @advantedge_vc, Antler @AntlerIndia and Razorpay Ventures @Razorpay quietly helped build the backbone for this network over the past three years.
Good job Pulse Energy @pulseenergyio team. You guys just built world's first Digital Public Infrastructure for Energy. It's still day one for us.
Phase 2: Getting Started
Our next mission is to enable every Indian to trade and procure cheap and green energy via their favourite app.
Imagine electric fleet vehicles procuring cheap green energy while on the run and ready for consumption when they reach the depots. Already working on this with one of the world’s largest fleet operators.
