still cant get over the fact how utterly ridiculous those allegations are and you genuinely have people believing them😭😭

could talk about for hours how normalization of such behavior enabled more people to easily lie about him and not be ridiculed for their obvious lies

they dehumanized him so much people genuinely believed anything

because of course the weird reclusive freak we have accused of bleaching his skin is also evil and anything someone says about him is 100% true because look how weird he is

like people usually only mention his influence on music and pop culture but he truly was much bigger than that

I feel like some people truly don't realize how influential and groundbreaking mj was

james baldwin about michael

also talked about something similar to this few weeks ago how spreading any unverified story even if it seems to benefit michael doesn't actually help him at all and can heavily backfire
nsl@aksofveSep 23
I need some mj fans to stop using stories about him being "aggressively heterosexual" as an evidence against his allegations, considering some if not the majority were just pr to fight both the allegations and the rumors about his sexuality

thats why i think people should take anything people say about him with a grain of salt and properly inform themselves before spreading something around

at the end of the day he was a massive celebrity tormented by severe speculations and rumors his entire life which obviously lead to some sort of damage control
