Peter Mandelson was correctly removed from the Privy Council for bringing it 'into disrepute'. The same action must now be taken against Matt Hancock, responsible for the generational slaughter in care homes during the pandemic. ⬇️Sign our petition ⬇️ c.org/xWgPym5KR7

We are now preparing for a trilateral format – Ukraine, the United States, and Russia – in the first half of November. President Erdoğan and I discussed the prospects for this format and other possibilities, including ways to involve Türkiye and all of Europe, as well as the possibility of holding meetings here in Türkiye. Strong decisions are needed to bring peace. At every level, Russia must be sent signals that there is no alternative to peace and that support for Ukraine will not diminish. This is all the more important given that a humanitarian operation took place in Oleshky, in the Kherson region, over the past few days. And it clearly demonstrates that de-escalation steps are possible when Russia is the one put in a position where it has to take steps toward de-escalation. I said this during joint statements to the media with President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Under French law, AY Audits and his gimps are looking at 2 years banged up and a 30k Euro fine for carrying prohibited weapons. Plus another possible charge for threatening behaviour. Perhaps the French judiciary will throw the book at these fighting aged males to deter others.

1. This is self-defense. 2. The ceasefire in Oleshky went as planned. There were no other agreed ceasefires. 3. Hours before this happened, Russia bombed a train station, murdering 15 civilians, and downtown Chernihiv, murdering two 15-year-old girls.

😭 OUR PEOPLE HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED IN KYIV! OUR PEOPLE ARE BACK HOME! While I’m sitting at home in Kyiv without electricity — and the blackout has affected far more than just my neighborhood — the capital is filled with the sound of sirens from entire convoys of ambulances. But this time, those sirens do not signal another tragedy. Our people, rescued from Russian-occupied Oleshky in the Kherson region, have arrived in Kyiv! According to Ukraine’s Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, the humanitarian mission has been successfully completed. The oldest person rescued is 94 years old. The youngest is a little over one year old. Just imagine what they have been through. Occupation, fear, uncertainty, waiting for a chance to return home… And finally — Ukraine. Kyiv. Our doctors. Our people. Today, our city may be without electricity, but this news has brought me so much joy and hope! Because behind every evacuation like this, there are more than just statistics. There are lives saved. Families. The chance to live in their own country again. Thank you to everyone who worked to bring our people home, to the medical teams, and to everyone involved. And may every Ukrainian who remains under Russian occupation or in Russian captivity finally have the chance to return home. WELCOME HOME! 💙💛 #Ukraine #Kyiv #Oleshky #Kherson #BringUkrainiansHome #HumanRights #StandWithUkraine
THIS IS NOT JUST A RESCUE STORY. THIS IS WHAT RUSSIA HAS PUT UKRAINIANS THROUGH. Today, the world is discussing the evacuation of Ukrainians from Russian-occupied Oleshky: four planes, buses, international negotiations, and Melania Trump being celebrated as a rescuer. But why is everyone celebrating the rescue while paying so little attention to who created the conditions these people needed rescuing from? I currently live near the Kherson region. Oleshky is approximately 90 minutes away by car, if we could travel freely within our own country. Instead, Ukrainians must travel through occupied territories, Russia’s Anapa, Belarusian Gomel, and finally back into Ukrainian-controlled territory. Almost an entire day of travelling instead of 90 minutes. Do you understand how absurd this is? Ukrainians must travel through the country that occupied their homes just to return to their own country. Yes, I’m genuinely happy for every person returning home and every family finally reunited. But I cannot celebrate the fact that such an operation was necessary. Behind these planes and diplomatic agreements are years of occupation, fear, isolation, and suffering. Journalist Halyna Ostapovets of Novyny.LIVE documented testimonies from families waiting for their loved ones. Nineteen-year-old Liza Balii last saw her father in January 2024. She left Oleshky with her mother and sister, while he remained behind. They thought they would be separated for a month or two. Almost three years have passed. Liza explained that people remaining under occupation have not stopped loving Ukraine. Many fear Russian filtration, interrogations, and the uncertainty of leaving. She also described horrifying conditions: a non-functioning morgue, bodies reportedly kept in a barracks, and civilians killed by landmines while trying to obtain food. Another woman, Iryna, described her destroyed home, flooded almost to the roof following the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam. She is waiting for her godfather, her last close relative remaining in Oleshky. Imagine knowing someone you love is trapped under occupation, unable to protect them or simply bring them home. And against this background, the world celebrates a successful humanitarian mission. I acknowledge the importance of international mediation and thank everyone who helped bring these people home. But an evacuation must not become a political success story that overshadows the humanitarian catastrophe Russia created. Russia occupied Ukrainian territory and deprived civilians of their freedom to move, live safely, and reunite with their families. Now international negotiations, aircraft, and dozens of buses are required for Ukrainians simply to return home. This is not normal. This is the reality of Russian occupation. The world should ask: Why can’t Ukrainians travel freely within their own country? Why have families been separated for years? Who is documenting civilian deaths, landmine dangers, and the lack of medical care? Who will be held accountable? And please, stop condemning Ukrainians who remained under occupation. Some stayed because of age, illness, family, fear, or because they could not abandon their homes. Living under occupation does not erase someone’s Ukrainian identity. The return of these people is a reason for joy, but it does not mean the humanitarian catastrophe is over. I want us to stop treating Ukrainians returning to Ukrainian soil as an extraordinary gift from international politicians. It is their country. Their home. Their right. The real goal is not endless humanitarian corridors through Russia and Belarus. The real goal is to end the occupation and ensure that Ukrainians never again have to endure such suffering simply to return home. Do not turn the tragedy of Ukrainians into someone else’s political triumph. Source: Novyny.LIVE, reporting by Halyna Ostapovets, October 31, 2026. #Oleshky #Kherson #RussianOccupation

🇪🇺🇵🇱 Don’t fall for propaganda. PiS, now in opposition, politicised Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal while in power. Its leadership has blocked judges elected by parliament from taking up their duties. The Court of Justice of the European Union confirmed that the tribunal’s rulings breached EU law. It undermined the rule of law while duly elected judges remained barred from serving. Tusk has backed the temporary suspension of its leadership, which has disregarded the law and prevented elected judges from carrying out their duties. Tusk is doing an admirable job leading Poland, and this decision is difficult but right.

Last night, Russian “shaheds” struck a combined heat and power plant in Kyiv. In the Dnipro region, four electrical substations were hit in a single night. In the early morning, a Russian drone struck a combined heat and power plant in Shostka. Railway infrastructure in Dnipro and Kharkiv was hit as well. Russia also attacked a gas distribution facility in the Dnipro region. These Russian strikes have created a difficult situation with electricity supplies across our regions. Around 200,000 households in Dnipro and the region are without electricity. Another 80,000-plus households in the Kyiv region are also without power. Repair crews are working to deal with the aftermath of the strikes and doing everything they can to restore electricity supplies. The world sees that Russia is deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure every day. And everyone who does not want to see this Russian escalation spread further into Europe must help Ukraine. Strong steps that will really lead toward peace are needed – sanctions against the aggressor and new support packages for Ukraine. Thank you to everyone who is helping.

🇪🇺🇵🇱 Poland is under a propaganda attack. There has been no coup or any such nonsense. In 2015, PiS reformed the tribunal, appointing judges to seats already lawfully filled. The EU’s Court of Justice found that several judges had been unlawfully appointed to the tribunal. European courts also confirmed that the tribunal repeatedly violated European law. Its leadership also blocked elected judges from taking their seats. Tusk backed the suspension of the tribunal’s leadership over these violations, as any prime minister should. Poland deserves a tribunal that follows the law. It is not difficult to understand. He made the right move.

Tell that to Russian opposition leaders Boris Nemtsov or Alexey Navalny. Oh you can’t, because Putins regime killed them. Your claim is not reality. It’s disgustingly flawed, not supported by any data.
Russia is a freer and more democratic country under Putin than Ukraine is under Zelensky. It’s just a reality we need to accept. We’ve been scammed.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Objective metrics contradict the claim: Ukraine ranks substantially higher than Russia in freedom and democracy. Freedom House 2026: Ukraine 51/100 Partly Free, Russia 12/100 Not Free. freedomhouse.org/country/ukrain… freedomhouse.org/country/russia… Reporters Without Borders 2026: Ukraine 55th (66.10), Russia 172nd (23.15). rsf.org/en/country/ukr… rsf.org/en/country/rus…

Brand is not in court charged with being despicable. He's court charged with rape and sexual assault. Six alleged victims. Happy to clear that up for you.
RUSSELL BRAND: DESPICABLE IS NOT THE SAME AS CRIMINAL Brand may be loathsome in his attitudes towards women, treating them as “amusements." He may be arrogant, exploitative & contemptuous. But none of these is criminal #RussellBrand #RapeTrial #UKLaw #Justice #CriminalJustice
