Anyone trying to contact TUI, if someone says try customer. [email protected] DONT!!! It is a scam. They will try and get your details posing as TUI and will at best cancel your holiday at worst clean your bank account!!

@TUIUK tweeted regarding a problem I had a couple of days ago, got a reply from tuihelper, with an email address to contact which I did. Ordered my tests through them, now bank account cleared out.
Tuihelper reply was a scam! Still no reply from the real tui to my query!

@ruthsunnyway please don’t use the tuihelper email given to u by carol Gilmore she is a scammer it is not genuine. If you have already sent an email with any booking details on contact tui ASAP even if means going into store. They cancelled our booking trying to claim the refund

We spent £20+ on phone calls - call wait times 1hr +. Live chat says no.100 in queue & will wait 1hr + / also been into local store & they’ve sent emails. Resorted to here - Never known anything like it. Will not book with @TUIUK again

resolve our booking issue. We have spent £20+ on phone calls to you & visited our high st branch. All we want to do is move our hol 1 day as you cancelled our morning flight. We are promised it is sorted each time and 3 wks later it is still not changed
